Welcome to Mama Lash! We are thrilled to provide you with the best eyelash services. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy. Please read carefully before making an appointment.

Booking Appointments

1. Online Booking:

   • Appointments can be booked through our website at www.mamalash.com/bookings.

   • You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled.

2. Deposit:

   • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards your final service cost.

3. Confirmation:

   • All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

1. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time without any penalty.

   • To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly at info@mamalash.com.

2. Cancellations:

   • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any additional charges, but the deposit will be forfeited.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Late Arrivals

1. Grace Period:

   • We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please notify us if you anticipate being late.

   • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Reduced Service Time:

   • If you arrive late but within the grace period, your service time may be reduced to accommodate the next client.

Health and Safety

1. Pre-Appointment Health Check:

   • If you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

2. Sanitization:

   • Our studio follows strict sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use.

Payment and Gratuity

1. Payment Methods:

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

2. Gratuity:

   • Gratuities are appreciated but not required. They can be given in cash or added to your final bill.

Special Offers and Packages

1. Discounts:

   • Any special offers or package deals are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

   • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.

2. Gift Certificates:

   • Gift certificates are available for purchase on our website and can be redeemed for any service.
