Booking Appointments

Online Booking:

Appointments can be booked through our website at www.mamalash.com/bookings.

You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards your final service cost.

Confirmation:

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time without any penalty.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any additional charges, but the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Late Arrivals

Grace Period:

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please notify us if you anticipate being late.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Reduced Service Time:

If you arrive late but within the grace period, your service time may be reduced to accommodate the next client.

If you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
